I found a beauty site that sells a nail polish called Kuwait !!! how cooool
maybe the color is about the Oil or petrol ?? I don't khow but this is my guiss ..
they have also one for masqat - Oman .. some of there polishes ar really nice I like the money color one too ..OOOO lala money , money , money
