في سفره لنا من جم سنه دخلنا أنا وليزي ديزي محل متخصص في بيع أنواع زيت الزيتون .. أحنا ما كان هدفنا الزيت في البداية لأنه وين بنحطه في جناط السفر .. وظلينا نشوف المنتجات المشتقة من الزيت من صابون وكريمات وبسكوت وصلصات وأشياء واايد حتى حلاو مسوين .. وطبعاً خذينا منهم لأنه نحب زيت الزيتون ..

فقام الموظف بالمحل وسوا لنا درس تذوق زيت الزيتون وأنواعه .. يمكن كانت هاذي أول مره في حياتي أجرب أنواع مختلفة من الزيت و أقدر أميز بين مذاقهم وألوانهم بهالطريقة عطانا قفاش بلاستك وكل شوي يصب لنا في ماعون زجاج صغير شويه من الزيت ويقول لنا شربوا منه وحسوا بالطعم .. مره يصير الطعم على أعشاب بريه عطرية مثل المرمية .. ومره لأ على ريحان أو جوز أو صنوبر .. طبعاً أنا تفلسفت شوي وقلت له أهمه يخمرون الزيت بالأعشاب والجوز علشان ياخذ هذا الطعم .. فكان جوابه لأ طبعاً هذا الطعم أيي من الأرض وطبيعة الدولة أو المنطقة المزروعة فيها أشجار الزيتون ومو داخل بالزيت أي اضافات من اي نوع حتى الألوان كانت من أصفر فاقع الي ذهبي الي الأخضر .. حبينا كذا نوع من الزيت وقررنا أنه ناخذ منهم خصوصاً أنه الزيت ياي في تنكات بأحجام مختلفة عندهم طريقة خاصة للتغليف للسفر داخل علب خشبية وقش والتجربة كانت وايد حلوة ..

وألحين مرات يحطون في دين & ديلوكا تذوق لأنواع الزيت ما جربتهم بصراحه بس أتذكرني بتجربة الزيت واذا حابين تجربونهم لا تقمسون بالخبز الي محطوط معاهم ذقوا الطعم مباشره بدون شي اضافي او وسيط ..

لما زرنا فندق اتلانتس في دبي شفنا روعة الاعمال الزجاجية الي مزينه أجزاء الفندق ... ونفس الشي في فندق Address.. وبصراحه كنت وأنا أشوفها أقول شلون اشتغلوا فيها وركبوها .. عاد لما فتح 360 مول في الكويت وشفت انه في شي متشابه مع الي شفته في دبي وهو الثريات المعلقة في المول..

وصدفة و أنا قاعده اطالع مواقع في الانترنت لقيت صور حق أشغال زجاجية روعه وكلها أبداع وذاكرين أنها من ابداعات فنان نحت الزجاج الامريكي ديل شيهولي عاد بحثت عنه في غوغل ولقيت سايت ديل والصراحه الصور عجيبة وحاطين من ضمن اعماله فندق اتلانتس دبي بس مو ذاكرين فندق address ولا مول 360 يمكن لانه السايت مو محدثينه أو انهم مو شغله ما عندي فكرة .. المهم أن الثريات الي في المول وايد حلوين خصوصاً الي بدرجات الاورنج ..
